how much does it cost?
Our average projects have total development budgets that are consistently around $500 to $600 per square foot of all construction. This is the TOTAL investment for a successfully completed project, from fees and permits, to the house itself, including landscaping at the end, and everything in between.
The prefab part of the project (included above) costs between $300 to $400 per square foot of living area, for a house that is largely finished at the factory.
The balance of that budget includes all your fees, getting your site ready, shipping and setting the building, stitching it together, and everything else that goes with making a completed home you can move into.
